Katherine Carter has been a resident of Upper Gwynedd Township for nineteen years. She is currently serving as a Commissioner and Public Safety Liaison on the Board of Upper Gwynedd Township. Katherine is an active member on multiple boards within her community. Katherine is a retired educator and principal and continues to mentor and sponsor aspiring principals in their field of work. Her leadership and integrity have enabled her to build strong connections and help others be successful. She has won multiple awards for her community involvement and leadership, and continues to inspire others. Katherine is a “Philadelphia Phan”, loves Harry Potter, and documentaries. She enjoys being active and spending time with her amazing family and extended family.
Greg has been a resident of Upper Gwynedd since 2010 and lives in the township with his wife, Sarah, and their two children. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University as well as a master’s degree in psychology from the University at Buffalo where he was a graduate research assistant specializing in behavioral neuroscience. As a practicing attorney, he was a member of public finance teams who represented issuers and underwriters on a variety of complex capital projects. For the last 13 years, Greg has represented public school employees across Bucks and Montgomery counties as the Region Field Director and UniServ Representative for the Pennsylvania State Education Association.
Rebecca has been a resident of Upper Gwynedd since 2019. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from West Chester University where she had an emphasis in Local Township Government with an internship at East Bradford Township. Rebecca is passionate about learning and is excited to make a positive impact on her community. She is a PMP-Certified Senior Project Manager for Henkels & McCoy and is currently a member of the Zoning Hearing Board for Upper Gwynedd Township.
